+ Engineer

  • Bid preparation  of administrative, technical and financial bids for NGOs, Private and Other government entities.
  • Follow up work progress with engineers and foremen on site  and coordination with consultant and client representative including preparing transmittals, reports , schedules, etc…
  • Representing company in meetings with owner and bid opening.
  • Preparation of time schedules and follow up on work progress.
  • Preparation of Cad drawings, daily reports, transmittals for client approval.
  • Pricing of various items as per criteria set by company .
  • Site visits with Engineer to furnish Take off drawings and preparing quantity estimation tables.
  • Follow up work progress by conducting site visits with Engineer to insure Quality control.
  • Accounting of subcontractors balances, invoices and preparing of JVs related.
  • Work hours weekdays are between 8:30 am and 5:30 pm.  Saturdays till 1:30 pm.
  • Salary: Basic salary is 1300 $ +170 $ (transport + parking) and additional Bonus based on performance.
  • Out of office expenses shall be duly covered .
  • Candidate should be willing to Travel  to UAE and  Erbil to follow up ongoing projects if need arise.
  • 12 days off annually in addition to 10 days official holidays .
  • Evaluation of performance semiannually , trial period of 1 month before furnishing an annual contract.

+ Executive Secretary / Accountant 

Scope of work expected mainly :

  • Bid preparation of administrative, bids for NGOs, Private and Other government entities (Downloading from websites into folders with follow up on daily basis).
  • Follow up on validity of Company legal papers  and making sure documents are renewed periodically.
  • Attending bid openings and meetings with company clients in presence of GM.
  • Answering company Phone calls and Preparing GM meeting Schedule with suppliers sub-contractors, NGO representative.
  • Preparing correspondence  ,typing letters, BOQ or other assistance required by GM.
  • Archiving documents in designated box files in daily manner in conjunction of company ISO standards.
  • Preparing invoices for company clients.
  • Preparing Journal Vouchers “JV” for received invoices with sustained record.
  • Accounting of subcontractors balances, invoices and preparing of JVs related.
  • Sustaining and updating charts for checks , Price schedules and subcontractors lists.

Kindly Note that training shall be made first month by GM for all above and for using the accounting software KLOCK by our auditor .

  • Work hours weekdays  are between 8:30 am and 5:30 pm, late arrival to be compensated at end of day. Saturdays till 1:30 pm.
  • Salary: Basic salary is 900 $  and additional Bonus based on performance .
  • Out of office expenses shall be duly covered.
  • Candidate should be willing to Travel  to UAE and Erbil to follow up ongoing projects if need arise.
  • 10 days off annually in addition to 10 days official holidays .
  • Evaluation of performance semiannually , trial period of 1 month before furnishing an annual contract. First 6 month no leave is awarded.
